Fodor

Fodor was a Marshal in the Terran Defence Authority by the time of the Laguna Wars. He commanded either the Fourth or Seventh Fleets prior to the war, and was one of the commanders of the disastrous First Battle off Laguna 9, where he was in charge of a smaller group guarding the site of the Venturer massacre. He survived the battle.
